Yes, I know it doesn't look like much but it SOOO is. This is by far the best cupcake I have ever eaten. I can't believe I made it! It is so good you don't need any icing, but the best thing is that it is vegan and dairy-free. This recipe is from the little cookbook, Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. I have only made these chocolate cupcakes and the gourmet lychee (a chinese fruit) cupcakes but those two have been crazy good.
